Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect through amwajsol.sa, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Amwaj Solutions (أمواج للحلول), Commercial Registration No. 7054611343, based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question or request, email info@amwajsol.sa or call +966 56 608 6173.

What we collect

  • Consultation form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your project description, budget range, timeline and the language of the page you used.
  • Direct contact: whatever you choose to share when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to operate and secure the website.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website saves a single preference in your browser's local storage — your chosen language — and nothing else.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project — on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as commercial and tax record-keeping, once you become a client.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, under their own security and confidentiality commitments:

  • Formspree (United States) — receives consultation-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Hostinger — hosts the website and its content delivery network.
  • Google Fonts — delivers the website's fonts; your browser sends your IP address to Google when loading them.
  • Our email provider — stores the messages we exchange with you.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp's own terms.

We may also disclose data to government authorities where the law requires it.

Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of these providers process data outside the Kingdom, including in the United States. We transfer only the data needed for the purpose above and rely on the safeguards permitted by the PDPL and its Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for the periods required by Saudi commercial and tax law.

How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiries is limited to the team members who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to have it corrected or completed, to ask us to destroy it when it is no longer needed, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@amwajsol.sa; we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and government entities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
